Reservation Rules
1. Reservation time is every day between 12:00 and 21:00
2. Maximum number of persons per reservation is 8
3. If you would like to book an event or a reservation for more than 8 people, send us email to manager@urbanhouse.sk
4. Reservation is held for 10 minutes past the beginning time
5. Please note that we allocate two hours to dine in our restaurant area. If you'd like to continue your evening with us after dinner, let us know and we'll look to continue the fun in our lounge area or at the bar
6. Reservations can be made for upcoming 28 days
7. We do take requests and try our best to accommodate, however, the table's location is not guaranteed
8. Please be advised that outdoor and bar seating is on a first come basis only
9. Outside food and beverage, including cakes and wine, are not permitted in the restaurant witout prior agreement
10. To confirm, cancel, or change your existing reservation, please send us email to manager@urbanhouse.sk
